Mostly clear overnight. Temperatures will drop through the 60s. Mostly sunny and warmer on Friday with highs in the mid-80s and dew points in the low 60s. Warm this weekend with highs in the 80s. T-Storms are possible Saturday afternoon/evening and again on Sunday night. 84 on Saturday, 88 on Sunday. The heat index on Sunday will be around 92.

Weather looks fantastic for the almost full lunar eclipse at 11:12pm on Thursday night in the SE sky. Mostly clear with temperatures in the 60s.

Increasing clouds tonight with t-storms moving in between 3-9am. Severe storms are not expected. Temperatures will drop into the 60s. An isolated t-storm is possible on Wednesday, but most areas will stay dry. Partly sunny and humid with highs in the low-to-mid 80s. Mostly sunny on Thursday and Friday with highs in the 70s to around 70.

Warming up on Tuesday with a dew point around 60 (slightly more humid). Highs in the low 80s. Chance for t-storms Tuesday night.

Clearing skies tonight. Great viewing for the peak of the Perseid Meteor Shower overnight. Start looking NE after 11pm. Fog will be developing. Increasing clouds on Thursday with morning fog. Midday rain showers are likely with a quarter of an inch or less. Highs in the mid-70s. Mostly cloudy with a slight chance for t-storms. Highs in the mid-to-upper 70s. We might smell wildfire smoke at the surface late Thursday into Friday.

Another midday line of severe t-storms is expected on Tuesday (similar to midday Sunday). Strong winds, hail and heavy rain possible. Temperatures in the 70s. Partly sunny on Wednesday, only a slight chance for a t-storm. Humid with highs in the mid-to-upper 70s.

Most t-storms overnight will stay in Illinois, but it is possible that a few cross the border. Areas of fog, especially near the lake. Temperatures in the 60s. Humid on Monday with a chance for afternoon/evening t-storms, especially south of Milwaukee. Highs in the mid-80s inland, upper 70s near the lake. We have daily chance for showers and t-storms through Saturday. HOWEVER, it will not be all day washouts and some storms may miss us to the south.
