MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police say a shooting that initially appeared to be a suicide is now being investigated as a homicide.It happened on August 8th near 18th and Grant.The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Omar Perdomo.Police say a 31-year-old woman from Milwaukee and a 25-year-old Milwaukee man have been taken into custody and the investigation continues.
