Three bodies found in Highland Park on Thursday are believed to be rappers missing since a Detroit gig they were set to perform at was canceled nearly two weeks ago.

The legislation would create what's called a “Lethality Assessment Protocol” to help screen for risks of intimate partner violence and gauge when people are in danger.

Authorities said they realized the boy was missing after conducting a welfare check at his home in Vancouver, Washington.

Authorities are now searching for the remains of 4-year-old Athena Brownfield, who was reported missing last week from Cyril, Oklahoma. Two caregivers have been arrested in the case.
