MILWAUKEE -- A northwest side neighborhood and its residents worked hand in hand with District Four officers this week to help solve a strong-armed robbery.Officers responded to the area of 35th and Sheridan around 12:30 p.m. on September 13th where they were met by the victim, a 16-year-old girl.
