DISMISSED: Court throws out two restraining orders filed over horses in the cold in Kenosha County

KENOSHA COUNTY (WITI) -- A Kenosha County court has dismissed two restraining orders filed by the owner of some horses in Somers Township.Earlier this month, when we saw dangerously cold temperatures, people complained to authorities after they saw two horses standing in the cold at Lisa Edwards' farm.Kenosha County Sheriff's officials said they received "dozens" of calls from people believing the horses were being neglected.
