Siebert Chapel (2001 Alford Park Drive “Sheridan Road” Kenosha, WI 53140) on Tuesday, June 25 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Wednesday morning, June 26 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.Funeral services with full police honors will be held at Carthage College Siebert Chapel on Wednesday, June 26.Departure from Carthage College will occur at approximately 2:15 p.m., taking the below route:

'Rewards available:' Racine police seek new information 5 years after fatal shooting during robbery

RACINE -- Joseph Walker, 47, was shot and killed on May 31, 2014 at the American Legion tavern on Douglas Avenue in Racine.Five years later, police again issued an appeal for information -- with no arrests made.Walker, a father of five, was killed when two masked men walked into the American Legion with intent to rob the establishment.In the days after the incident, police released surveillance photos from inside the American Legion.Walker's family said they believed a warning shot was fired during the armed robbery, and that shot struck Walker, killing him.Police said the shooter was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and white shoes.
