MENOMONEE FALLS -- Police are asking for assistance identifying and locating a nan involved in a retail theft at Woodman's in Menomonee Falls.Police said he's between the ages of 16-25, approximately 5’8”-6' tall and weighs 150-180 pounds.According to police, he's believed to have attended Vincent High School, with a possible name of “Jeffrey Jackson,” who resides in the City of Milwaukee.Anyone with information regarding the identity of the man was asked to please contact Menomonee Falls police.

Possible child enticement in the Town of Lisbon, Waukesha Co. Sheriff says

TOWN OF LISBON, Wis. -- Waukesha County Sheriff's officials say a man driving a pick-up truck approached five kids walking in the Town of Lisbon and asked them if they wanted pizza Thursday afternoon, June 18.According to officials, around 1:30 p.m., the driver reportedly drove past five children that were walking on Chestnut Hill Drive and continued to the stop sign at Wooded Hills where he waited until the children made their way to the intersection.

Menomonee Falls police seek women who stole vodka, tequila from Woodman's

MENOMONEE FALLS -- Menomonee Falls police need your help identifying and locating two women who stole liquor from Woodman's on Highway 145.It happened on Friday, June 19 around 1 p.m.Police said the women entered the store and stole multiple bottles of vodka and tequila.The first woman was seen wearing a black shirt and black pants, while the second woman was wearing a shirt with a flower pattern.They were seen leaving in a silver Pontiac Grand Am with license plate number AFT-9910.The same thing happened three days earlier at the same store -- when police said two men and a woman stole numerous bottles of liquor on June 16.

Waukesha Co. Courts to resume most in-person proceedings Monday

WAUKESHA -- All in-person proceedings, except for jury trials, will resume at the Waukesha County Courthouse and the Waukesha County Clerk of Court’s offices starting Monday, June 22, the county announced Sunday.Services will resume under an operational plan of the Circuit Court of Waukesha Countythat outlines COVID-19 safety requirements, read a release.“This plan allows us to significantly increase the number of legal matters we can resolve after the COVID-19 pandemic put thousands of cases on hold,” said Judge Jennifer Dorow, Presiding Judge in Waukesha County and Chief Judge of the Third Judicial District. “The Waukesha County judiciary consulted extensively with Stakeholders and public health officials to ensure the operational plan balances open access to our courts and service to the public and the health and safety of all litigants, judicial officers, court staff, attorneys, the public, and all other participants and individuals entering the courthouse.”The Clerk of Court’s offices will also reopen for walk-in public service.All court filings and documents will continue to be processed over the counter, via the Wisconsin Courts’ eFiling System, U.S. mail, fax and the county drop box located at the front doors of the Courthouse.Waukesha County Judiciary’s operational plan incorporates many recommendations made by the Chief Justice’s Wisconsin Courts COVID-19 Task Force.
