The Wisconsin primary election did not come without some controversy. In Milwaukee, there was a nearly two-hour delay on getting results due to what officials say was a "human error." Five of the nine memory sticks brought to the courthouse did not actually have the election results on them. Instead, they had something called audit logs downloaded. Election officials had to go re-download the results and then make their way back to the courthouse.

On Wednesday, Aug. 12, a judge found probable cause for the case to go forward.
