MILWAUKEE -- From fires to shootings, and even a suspected Molotov cocktail being thrown at officers, Assistant Milwaukee Police Chief Michael Brunson said the measures taken by the Major Incident Response Team (MIRT) were needed to restore order on several occasions amid protests in Milwaukee following the death of George Floyd."Our officers are under siege in some of these situations," Brunson said.
