The goal of the Payton Alexander Foundation is to honor her strength and spirit by giving back to her community, helping children and young adults battling cancer, while also funding research for ewing sarcoma. Perspective Brewing owner Ben Naus is at his business in West Allis where they have some special brews to honor Payton.

In January 2018, at the age of 15, Payton Alexander was diagnosed with ewing sarcoma and passed away in November 2021. And now, her family is giving back.
