MILWAUKEE -- FOX6 Photojournalist Andrew Konkle was on scene near Fond du Lac and Locust on Wednesday afternoon, August 24th where Milwaukee police had the intersection blocked after a semi overturned there.It happened around 12:30 p.m.Milwaukee police say a semi tractor trailer headed west on Locust turned north onto Fond du Lac, and cargo in the trailer made contact with a bridge in the area, causing the truck to tip.No other vehicles were involved in this incident.The driver was cited for operating with a suspended license.
