71-year-old convicted sex offender released in Waukesha County -- and he is homeless

WAUKESHA COUNTY -- Waukesha police and sheriff's officials are alerting the public about the release of a convicted sex offender -- who is now homeless.71-year-old Stanley Blodgett was released on Tuesday, November 22nd.Officials say Blodgett was required to complete a face-to-face registration at the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department and Waukesha Police Department.Blodgett will be a lifetime sex offender registrant and also on GPS monitoring.If he violates the terms of his lifetime registry or GPS conditions, he will be taken into custody.Blodgett’s convictions were in 1963, 1981, and 1996.In 1996, he was convicted of first degree sexual assault of a child.Officials said this in a statement:

Suspects sought: Brookfield police investigate theft of tires, rims from dealership

BROOKFIELD -- Brookfield police are investigating after two unknown suspects removed four tires and rims from a vehicle at the Dodge City dealership in Brookfield.It happened around 11:00 p.m. Monday, November 14th.According to police, two unknown suspects removed four Michelin tires, size 235 55 R 19 and 19 X 7.5 polished aluminum wheels from a white 2015 Dodge Charger.

Waukesha hires lead contractor for $206M Lake Michigan water project
