WEST ALLIS (WITI) -- West Allis police had the neighborhood near 93rd and Lincoln cordoned off for a part of the morning on Tuesday, June 25th.Officers were called to the scene around 10:30 a.m. They were told a suicidal man armed with a shotgun was in a home.Officers secured the area around the home and negotiated with the man until he came out.
