WEST ALLIS -- The West Allis Police Department responded to three separate shots fired incidents within the city on Friday, June 26th.The incidents all took place between the hours of 3 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.Police say around 3 p.m. on Friday, officers responded to an apparent road rage type incident in the 7700 block of W.

West Allis police investigating a number of residential burglaries; many occurring in broad daylight

WEST ALLIS -- Police in West Allis say since May, there have been 12 residential burglaries that have occurred in broad daylight.Police say single family homes have been targeted, and these burglaries have primarily occurred during weekdays -- with a higher probability of occurrence between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. There were two cases between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.There was no specific method for entering the residence, police say -- but doors and windows at the affected homes were breached.

On the prowl: West Allis police investigate string of daytime burglaries

WEST ALLIS -- The West Allis Police Department is investigating a recent string of daytime burglaries.One witness from one of the burglaries told investigators the suspects are described as males, black, in their 20s, tall and thin (approximately 150 pounds).
