Captured: U.S. Marshals search for Alberto Rivera, wanted for questioning in shooting

WEST ALLIS (WITI) -- U.S. Marshals and West Allis Police are looking for 36-year-old Alberto Rivera.

Rivera is wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting on April 8th at 57th and National.  West Allis Police say Rivera is a suspect.  He's been charged with possession of a firearm by a felon for the incident.

Two people were shot during the incident.  One them died from his injuries.  West Allis Police say they have information Rivera was in a vehicle with the two victims before the shooting.

Rivera already spent 15 years of his life in prison for felony murder.  He was released on late 2013.
