Law enforcement arrests man, woman in Kenosha; pair suspected of producing narcotics

KENOSHA -- Law enforcement arrested a 44-year-old man and 36-year-old woman after executing a search warrant near 26th Avenue and 33rd Street in Kenosha on Tuesday morning, March 3.Members of the Kenosha Drug Operations Group, Kenosha County Sheriff's Department, Kenosha Police Department, and U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency executed the search warrant around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Police release name of victim fatally shot in Kenosha

KENOSHA -- Police have identified the victim in a fatal shooting that occurred around 2 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 29.Officers were in the area of 30th Avenue and Roosevelt Road when they reported hearing gunshots and immediately responded to the scene.On arrival, police found Malik Boyd, 23, of Gurnee, Illinois who had been shot.

Kenosha police: Man 'held woman, child at gunpoint,' arrested without incident

KENOSHA -- Kenosha police responded to a report of a man holding a woman and child at gunpoint, not allowing them to leave the residence near 76th Street and 40th Avenue around 9 a.m. Saturday morning, Feb. 29.According to police, a coordinated response by the Kenosha County Tactical Response Team allowed the male subject to be taken into custody without incident around 10 a.m.There were no reported injuries.The man is being held in Kenosha County Jail and faces several felony charges.

Couple wanted for Kenosha murder arrested in Puerto Rico

KENOSHA -- A couple wanted for first-degree murder in Kenosha was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Puerto Rico.Alex Delgado-Cintron, 22, and Maria Patino, 37, were wanted in connection to a deadly shooting on Dec. 5 that killed one man and injured another.According to investigators, both suspects fled to Puerto Rico after the incident.

KENOSHA -- Kenosha Police responded to Reuther High School on Thursday afternoon, Feb. 20 for a report of a student with a firearm.The school resource officer notified authorities of a student potentially in possession of a firearm shortly before 3 p.m. In response, police coordinated a response that quickly located the student who was taken into custody without incident.A facsimile firearm was recovered from the student's backpack.

Kenosha police: Man sought in robbery of BMO Harris Bank on 52nd Street

KENOSHA -- The BMO Harris Bank near 52nd Street and 42nd Avenue in Kenosha was robbed on Monday afternoon, Feb. 3, and police asked for help identifying the robber.Investigators said the crime happened around 2:15 p.m. Bank employees reported a man approached a teller, demanded money, and implied he had a weapon -- although no weapon was displayed.

Kenosha police investigate death of 9-month-old boy

KENOSHA -- Kenosha police are investigating the death of a 9-month-old boy.Police were called to a home near 29th Avenue and 46th Street in Kenosha at around 11:50 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 26 -- reports say a baby at the residence was not breathing.
