MILWAUKEE -- A 13-year-old girl, missing since Tuesday night, December 12th, has been located, her mother confirmed for FOX6 News Thursday afternoon, December 14th.Police said Michele Frazier was last seen Tuesday night, December 12th near 35th and Scott.Police were actively looking for the girl.Her mother told FOX6 News she left the house at 8:15 p.m. and said she was going to her friend's house and she never showed at her friend's house.Again -- she has been located.

MILWAUKEE -- One of three sisters accused in the beating of a 10-year-old boy that was recorded and posted to Facebook has been sentenced to prison.In court on Tuesday, December 12th, 29-year-old Jealissa McKinney-Williams was sentenced to serve 2 years in prison and 3 years extended supervision.This, after a jury found her guilty in November on two counts: child abuse, intentionally causing harm, and resisting or obstructing an officer.As conditions of her extended supervision, she's been ordered to participate in parenting classes, and she may have no contact with the victim unless approved by the court.The other two sisters charged in this case, 27-year-old Aashley McKinney-Williams and 31-year-old Ebonnee McKinney-Williams have jury trials set to begin in January.Aashley McKinney-Williams faces one count of child abuse, intentionally causing harm, as party to a crime, and onec ount of obstructing an officer.Ebonnee McKinney-Williams faces one count of obstructing an officer.According to a criminal complaint, on March 1st, an anonymous call came in to Milwaukee police requesting a welfare check on a child after a "disturbing video" was discovered on Facebook, showing a child, around the age of eight, being "severely beaten" by a woman.
