MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect and vehicle wanted for a hit-and-run accident that happened near 53rd and Locust on Wednesday, May 20, 2020.The suspect vehicle is described as a silver four-door vehicle with a black front bumper and a black driver’s side front quarter panel.The suspect vehicle struck a 6-year-old pedestrian causing non-life threatening injuries.

MILWAUKEE -- Two 12-year-olds riding skateboards were struck by separate vehicles on Monday night, May 25 near 54th Street and Center Street.It happened shortly before 10 p.m.Police said the initial skateboarder "made a sudden movement into to traffic," and was struck by a vehicle -- suffering injuries that were not life-threatening.The driver, a 27-year-old woman, was cited for not having a license.Meanwhile, police said another 12-year-old "also made a sudden movement into traffic," and was struck by a different vehicle -- suffering injuries that were not life-threatening.The driver of that vehicle was not cited.
