A donation bin went up in flames. Now, police tell FOX6 News it is not the first time the man they arrested was responsible for an arson. Prosecutors charged the man with "arson of property other than a building," a felony.

Areas NW of Milwaukee could see less than an inch of slushy accumulation, but major impacts are NOT expected as temperatures should be above freezing. Early morning temperatures in Sheboygan county will be below freezing, however, so some slick spots are possible in those areas.
