Racine County digs out after a heavy, wet snowfall
RACINE -- If people living in Racine were under any illusion that winter had come and gone without making any noise, the snow that fell on Friday changed all that. The heavy, wet snow brightened up neighborhoods, made driving a bit of a challenge and brought smiles to the faces of independent snow plow drivers. While snow removal companies relished the opportunity to push the snow around, the fresh coat of snow did not please people like Alex Bernal.
