RACINE COUNTY (WITI) -- A 30-year-old Milwaukee woman has been charged with felony retail theft in a case out of Racine County.The exact charge filed against Porsha Thompson is felony retail theft (intentionally taking more than $500 to $5,000) as party to a crime.The alleged incident occurred on January 23rd at the JC Penney store on Durand Avenue in Racine.There, police spoke with Loss Prevention officers who stated they had detained a woman, but they were unable to detain the man she was with when the two tried to run from the area.The woman was identified as Porsha Thompson.
