KENOSHA --  The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, July 14th provided an update regarding road closures.At this time State Highway 50 remains completely closed at the Fox River in the Town of Wheatland.

TOWN OF SOMERS -- Eight people and two dogs were evacuated from the Pleasant Prairie Mobile Home Park in the Town of Somers in Kenosha County due to severe flooding.The mobile home park is located on 60th Street near 120th Avenue.

KENOSHA COUNTY --  The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 12th activated the Kenosha County Emergency Operations Center due to the heavy rainfall and severe flooding.Road conditions were reported as poor for almost all roads within Kenosha County in at least one or more locations.

KENOSHA --  Kenosha police are investigating after a vehicle was found partially submerged in a pond early Tuesday morning, July 4th.It happened near the Hampton Inn  -- located in the area of 75th Street and 125th Avenue.Police responded to the scene around 6:15 a.m. after receiving a call from a Hampton Inn employee regarding the partially submerged vehicle.When police arrived on scene, they found the front end of a car immersed in water.

24-year-old man suffers life-threatening injuries following shooting in Kenosha

KENOSHA -- A 24-year-old man was shot during a multi-vehicle crash that stemmed from an altercation involving two groups in Kenosha Thursday, June 29th.Kenosha police say the shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. in the 4900 block of 14th Avenue.Officials say two groups of males were involved in an argument which escalated into a physical fight.

KENOSHA -- Kenosha police on Thursday, June 15th identified the suspect and police officer who were involved in a shooting on Sunday June 11th near 39th Avenue and 50th Street.Police said Alex Wicketts, a six-year veteran of the department responded to a weapons complaint in the area, and observed an individual matching the description of the suspect.
