MILWAUKEE -- A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for second degree recklessly endangering safety and cited of OWI after he was spotted driving the wrong way on I-43 early Sunday morning, Feb. 4.According to authorities, around 3:45 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a wrong-way driver traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of I-43 near North Avenue.The driver had struck a county plow, knocking a plow shoe off the truck.When deputies found the driver, he was outside of his stopped vehicle brushing snow from the windows.
