GENOA CITY -- Walworth County Sheriff's officials say two men were arrested after a methamphetamine manufacturing operation was discovered in the Village of Genoa City.The Walworth County Drug Enforcement Unit assisted Genoa City Police Department with an investigation on Sunday, March 13th.During the course of the investigation, a methamphetamine manufacturing operation was discovered at 1201 County Highway H, in apartments 202 and 204.A 19-year-old man was arrested on felony charges of possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine waste.A 35-year-old man was arrested on felony charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine waste.

EAST TROY -- Walworth County Sheriff's officials say a semi jackknifed into a ditch due to a combination of high winds and blowing snow on Wednesday night, January 27th, and the crash shut down all lanes of WIS 20 at Townline Road in East Troy.It happened shortly before 9:00 p.m.The semi wasn't carrying much of a load, so we're told that was also a factor in this incident.The driver of the semi suffered minor injuries.As of 9:30 p.m., wrecker crews had gotten the semi out of the ditch, and the scene was expected to be cleared before 10:00 p.m. No other vehicles were involved in this crash.
