Gun found in Sikh Temple parking lot could be connected to robbery

Sikh Temple hosts three-day prayer service for Newtown victims

OAK CREEK -- The Sikh Temple of Wisconsin is holding a three-day prayer service in remembrance of the victims who died in the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.The Sikh Temple began its prayer service on Friday morning, December 28th and will end at 10 a.m. on Sunday, December 30th.The three-day prayer service is called an Akhand Path, which is a continuous reading of the holy Sikh scriptures, called the Guru Granth Sahib.
