MILWAUKEE -- Citizens on Milwaukee's north side were able to help get assistance for a woman who was suffering from a drug overdose.Police were called out to the area of 14th and North Avenue around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 10th after citizens noticed a woman passed out in a vehicle, as a result of a suspected drug overdose.The citizens broke the vehicle's window and they were able to wake the woman up.The woman was taken to the hospital and is under arrest for operating while intoxicated and possession of heroin.
