Caught on camera: MPD investigating after men seen shooting at home near 32nd and Madison

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shots fired case -- and the incident was caught on camera.The surveillance video sent in to FOX6 News shows a car rolling up to a house on Tuesday night, June 7th near 32nd and Madison.Two men can then be seen getting out of the car and walking into the alley.Then, the men can be seen shooting at a home.Police say no one was hurt.MPD is investigating what led up to the shots fired incident.

Mother of two boys, ages four and two, arrested at scene of child neglect investigation

MILWAUKEE -- The mother of two young children was arrested by Milwaukee police Thursday, June 9th after officers responded to the neighborhood near 85th and Center Street for a report of child neglect.Police say a four-year-old boy and his two-year-old brother walked away from their home, and into a neighbor's yard.The mother, a 37-year-old Milwaukee woman, was arrested.The children were located unharmed.The Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare is assisting Milwaukee police with this investigation.

Police: Homicide victim found lying in street on Milwaukee's north side

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide that occurred early Wednesday morning, June 8th.It happened around 2:14 a.m. near 18th and Vine.When police arrived on scene, they found 35-year-old Kurt Pierzchalski lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound.

Police: Six teenagers, two just 12 years old, arrested after two victims carjacked on south side

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police say teamwork between officers and members of the Milwaukee Police Department's "Robbery Task Force" led to the quick arrest of six teenagers believed responsible for two carjackings that happened on Milwaukee's south side.Police say the carjackings happened just before 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 4th near 30th and Burnham.Several suspects inside a Dodge Caravan pulled up to two victims -- one driving a Ford Escape and one driving a GMC Terrain, and demanded their cars at gunpoint.The suspects then fled the scene in the vehicles they just obtained.Around 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, the Ford Escape was spotted by officers near 26th and Center Street -- and a pursuit ensued.Police say the driver of the Escape eventually lost control of the vehicle and crashed.
