MENOMONEE FALLS -- Police are seeking a suspect accused of stealing merchandise from Kohl's on Appleton Avenue near County Line Road.It happened on Thursday, Feb. 21 around 7:30 p.m.Police said the suspect fled the parking lot in a dark SUV after failing to pay for merchandise inside the store.The possible partial Wisconsin license plate number is 38827.

74-year-old pleads no contest to sexually assaulting cinema employee with autism 'approximately 20 times'

WAUKESHA COUNTY -- A 74-year-old Greenfield man accused of sexually assaulting a woman with autism several times while she was at work at the Marcus Ridge Cinema in New Berlin has reached a plea deal in the case against him.Humberto Paniagua on Wednesday, Feb. 20 pleaded no contest to one of four felony charges filed against him.

Man pleads no contest to 1 of 16 felony charges in 5-vehicle fatal crash on I-94 in Delafield

WAUKESHA COUNTY -- A man accused in connection with a crash that killed a good Samaritan who was assisting the occupants of a minivan who were dealing with a flat tire on I-94 in Delafield in July of 2017 has reached a plea deal in the case against him.Prosecutors said at the time of the crash, he was out on bail, and had a pending case in which he was accused of his fifth/sixth OWI offense.Frank Schiller, 38, on Wednesday, Feb. 20 pleaded no contest to one count of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, second-plus offense.

Man pleads guilty to setting up cameras at Culver's, recording 'upskirting' videos at Waukesha West

Waukesha Co. sheriff: Driver attempts to flee 2-vehicle crash scene in Pewaukee

WAUKESHA COUNTY -- Deputies in Waukesha County are investigating a two-vehicle crash that happened on Saturday, Feb. 9 in Pewaukee.Officials say the crash occurred near Golf Road and Elmhurst Road, near the Western Lakes Golf Course.According to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department, one driver got out of the car after the crash and started to run off but deputies were able to track that driver down.Deputies say they'll release more information on Monday, Feb. 11.

MENOMONEE FALLS -- Police need your help identifying a suspect accused of stealing a PlayStation gaming system from Target -- leaving the store without paying.It happened on Wednesday, Jan. 16 around 9:15 a.m. at the Target store on Shady Lane.Police said the suspect entered the store and selected the PlayStation Pro 4 -- driving away from the store in a black or gray crossover style vehicle with unknown license plates.According to police, it is believed the same man committed a similar theft at the Target store in Grafton a week later, on Jan. 23.Anyone with information is asked to please contact police.
