MILWAUKEE — There have been 257 deaths and 5,121 positive cases of COVID-19 in Wisconsin as of Thursday, April 23. 47,000 people have tested negative for COVID-19.According to the Milwaukee County coronavirus dashboard, there have been 2,383 cases and 143 deaths related to the coronavirus in the county.
