2 men dead near 75th and Melvina

The Milwaukee County medical examiner has been called to the area of 75th and Melvina for two men.

Milwaukee police said two men were shot and killed near 75th and Melvina on Friday, Jan. 21. A third man was injured, but is expected to survive.

The shooting happened shortly after 3:30 p.m. Friday. Police said suspects approached the victims in a vehicle and fired several shots.

A 29-year-old man and a 38-year-old man – both from Milwaukee – were killed. Autopsies are scheduled for Monday.

A 26-year-old Milwaukee man went to the hospital with injuries.

Police are seeking unknown suspects.
