Charged: Minnesota man accused of threatening to kill Sheboygan police officer's family

SHEBOYGAN -- A 32-year-old Roseville, Minnesota man is facing several charges after investigators say he threatened to kill a Sheboygan police officer's family, and used a sledgehammer to break into a home where his estranged girlfriend was staying.According to a criminal complaint, around 12:45 a.m. on March 22, Sheboygan police were called to a home near 11th and Logan, for a report of "uninvited males" entering a residence to "take another individual." Upon arrival, officers noticed the door had been kicked in and was damaged.The complaint says officers heard noises once inside the home and located 32-year-old Vue Xiong, who put his hands above his head and said "OK, you got me.

Sheboygan police: Vandals knock over 30 headstones at Lutheran Cemetery

SHEBOYGAN -- The Sheboygan Police Department are investigating vandalism done at Lutheran Cemetery on New Jersey Ave.Officials say one or more persons entered the cemetery during the overnight hours between Monday, March 25 and Tuesday, March 26 -- and knocked over approximately 30 headstones.Investigators are asking anyone with information about this crime to call 920-459-3333.

Police: 61-year-old man struck by vehicle, killed on Taylor Drive in Sheboygan

SHEBOYGAN -- A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed in the southbound lanes of Taylor Drive near Erie Avenue in Sheboygan on Monday, March 25.It happened around 11 a.m.Police identified the victim as Timothy Brown, 61, of Sheboygan.According to police, a vehicle traveling southbound struck Brown, who was walking in the southbound traffic lanes.Officers and firefighter paramedics performed life-saving measures on scene.

'Water coming over a bridge:' Buildings flooded in Sheboygan County, no injuries reported

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY --  Several buildings are flooded in the Town of Herman in Sheboygan County as water is coming over a bridge.According to the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office, around 8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 14 officials received a call about homes and a business flooded on Main Street and Franklin Road.

'Please slow down:' 2 Sheboygan County squads struck in separate incidents

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- Officials with the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 24 asked that drivers please slow down and move over when you see emergency lights, after two squads were struck in separate incidents.The first incident happened on I-43 near County Road FF.The second incident happened near County Line Road and Union Road.Sheriff's officials noted thankfully, the deputies in both incidents were not hurt.They said "this is the reason we beg and plead for everyone to move over and slow down when you see emergency lights."

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- A Plymouth woman accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy during a Fourth of July gathering in 2018 in Random Lake has reached a plea deal in the case against her.Tori Mason, 33, on Monday, Feb. 11 pleaded no contest to three counts of exposing genitals/pubic area/intimate parts to a child -- amended charges.
