KENOSHA COUNTY -- 37-year-old Brian Thielen of Kenosha has been criminally charged, accused of entering the Johnson Bank on 18th Street near Wood Road on Friday morning, November 4th.Thielen faces one count of robbery of a financial institution, and one count of bomb scares.Officials say around 9:15 a.m. Friday, officers were dispatched to the bank.
