KENOSHA -- The Kenosha County Police Department arrested a male suspect after he led them and other police departments on two high-speed chases early Tuesday morning.Authorities say the first chase began around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday when a Kenosha police officer spotted a vehicle with stolen license plates from Lake Geneva.
