KANSASVILLE -- The Racine County Sheriff’s Office and Kansasville Fire Department picked up their search on Tuesday morning, December 5th for Lynn Rickard in the Kansasville area.Rickard has been missing since June 25th.

RACINE -- The Racine County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a 59-year-old woman which occurred in the Racine County Jail.According to RCSO officials, on November 26th around 11:30 a.m., Barbara Beachem was found unresponsive in her cell.

RACINE COUNTY -- Two people were taken to the hospital Friday morning, November 10th, after a vehicle crashed into a home in the Village of Rochester in Racine County.At around 7:30 a.m., authorities said responded to an accident on Washington Avenue where a vehicle heading westbound did not negotiate a curve in the area and went into the shoulder of the lane, over corrected and struck an eastbound SUV.

Racine County Sheriff's deputy uses Narcan to revive 34-year-old man
RACINE COUNTY -- A Racine County Sheriff's deputy saved the life of a 34-year-old man who was found unconscious in a vehicle at Leider Park on Monday morning, November 6th.The Racine County Sheriff's deputy was on patrol in the Village of Union Grove around 8:15 a.m. when he observed what appeared to be a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of Leider Park.The deputy approached the vehicle and observed a man slumped over in the driver's seat and saw that he was turning blue.The deputy called on his radio for a rescue squad.The person was unresponsive and the deputy administered a dose of Narcan.

RACINE COUNTY -- Two people were arrested Monday, October 23rd following a pursuit after a traffic stop in Racine County -- with the pursuit reaching speeds of up to 104 miles-per-hour.It began around 9:00 a.m. on State Highway 20 near Old Yorkville Road.

RACINE -- A man traveling northbound on I-94 has been arrested after reports he drove recklessly at a high rate of speed with no headlights Saturday, October 14th.The Racine County Sheriff's Office said the suspect's vehicle struck another northbound vehicle from behind -- causing an accident, before the driver fled the scene.Officials were then advised that this vehicle was recently involved in a pursuit in a neighboring jurisdiction.

3 arrested in Racine County, accused of stealing scrap metal from business
RACINE COUNTY -- Three people were taken into custody early Wednesday morning, September 6th for stealing scrap metal from a Racine County business.According to authorities, at approximately 2:30 a.m. a deputy patrolling the Grandview Parkway businesses observed suspicious activity at the Racine Metal Fab company -- located on Grand View Parkway in the Town of Yorkville.The deputy observed a vehicle parked between the scrap metal containers with occupants in the vehicle.
