MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee man prosecutors said blackmailed a teen to perform sex acts on him in a police restroom reached a plea deal Wednesday, Aug. 21 in three open cases filed against him.Terrell Harris, 20, entered a no contest plea to one count of child sexual exploitation -- employ, use, induce, by person under 18 years of age, filed in May 2018.He also pleaded guilty to one count of battery to injunction petitioner filed in November 2017.Finally, he pleaded guilty to one count of reckless driving -- causing great bodily harm, filed in April 2017.All three charges are felonies.Sentencing was scheduled for Oct. 18 in all three cases.According to a criminal complaint, in April 2018, police met with the victim in the sexual exploitation case, who turned 18 in September 2018.
