MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Police Department is getting into the Halloween spirit!District 7 hosted its 4th annual "Kids, Cops, and Costumes" event Saturday afternoon, October 17th.Children came dressed in their costumes for fun-filled day of activities, including a haunted house in the district's jail cells."This opportunity just gives us a chance to shake hands with kids, give high fives, hand out candy and just interact with them in a positive way," said Captain Jutiki Jackson, Milwaukee Police Department.Milwaukee Police District 4 will hold its family party next Saturday, October 24th at Milwaukee Job Corps located at 6665 N 60th St.
