Valentine’s Day Brownies

MILWAUKEE -- Valentine’s Day is all about sweets for your sweetheart and this year you can make some tasty treats while keeping it healthy.

Simple Mills CEO Katlin Smith stopped by Fox6 Weekend WakeUP to share some recipes.



1 cup Simple Mills Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix3 eggs6 tbsp butter or ghee

1 tbsp vanilla

3/4 cup coconut sugar or sugar of your choiceOptional: 1/2 cup gluten/dairy-free chocolate chips



Preheat oven to 350F (for cakier brownies) or 375F (for denser brownies)

Mix all wet ingredients

Add in mix and sugar

Spread mix evenly into a greased 9x9 pan

Cook for 30 minutes at 350F or 20 minutes at 375F


All Natural White Frosting Recipe:


1 can of full-fat coconut milk

1 tbsp coconut butter

2 tbsp coconut sugar

    For a pink hue:


    ¼ cup frozen strawberries, raspberries or cherries

    ½ cup frosting of choice or frosting listed above
