Tom Tiffany won the Republican primary for Wisconsin governor and offered this victory speech to his supporters in Hartland.

The Wisconsin governor's race is bigger than red versus blue; it's about the "direction and soul of our state," U.S. Rep. Bryan Steil said on Tuesday from Tom Tiffany's primary night event. Tiffany is the projected GOP nominee for governor, and will face either Francesca Hong or David Crowley in the general election in November.
