The Milwaukee Christmas Tree is the second-longest running official tree in the U.S. after New York City, with this year marking the 112th year of the city’s tree.

Mayor Cavalier Johnson led the lighting ceremony on Friday night, Nov. 21.

Cheer District will be up now through Jan. 15.

2025 City of Milwaukee Christmas tree harvested Wednesday

City of Milwaukee officials and the Department of Public Works Forestry Services Division harvested the annual City Christmas Tree on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
