High pressure builds across the area today and we slowly dry up and clear. We will be cooler with highs in the mid 60s inland and near 60 lakeside with a NNE wind. A strong warm front pushes across our area this weekend and warms us into the mid to upper 70s Saturday and into the 80s Sunday.

A low passes to our south and east today and tomorrow bringing with it some rain and a chance for thunderstorms. Highs will be in the low to mid 70s today but cool to the low 60s tomorrow and cooler lakeside as the wind shifts from the SW today to the SE and eventually NE tonight and tomorrow.

A strong low moves from Texas into our area over the next couple of days. Ahead of that low today we get cloudier and a bit warmer with highs in the mid to upper 60s but cooler near the lake. As the low gets closer we can expect rain and a chance for thunderstorms on Wednesday and a few showers on Thursday.

An area of high pressure slowly moves to the east over the next day or two and a low slowly moves our way from the southwest. We stay partly sunny and dry today and most of Tuesday. By Tuesday night, the low brings rain to our area. Highs will be a bit below average for a few days with highs in the low to mid 60s today and tomorrow with upper 50s and low 60s lakeside.

A broad area of high pressure moving over our area today and tomorrow will keep us dry and on the sunny side but will deliver cooler than average air. Highs today will be in the low 60s and around that again tomorrow but cooler lakeside as a breeze from the East and Northeast develops. We do warm up later this week but rain returns by later Tuesday and through much of Thursday.
