MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred late Thursday, March 19th.According to police, 35-year-old Robert Fitzpatrick was shot while seated in his car outside of his apartment near 89th and Mill at about 10:45 p.m.Fitzpatrick, who was on parole at the time of his death for manufacture/delivery of cocaine and felony retail theft, has a lengthy arrest record with the Milwaukee Police Department including burglary, possession with intent, battery, disorderly conduct and vandalism.Milwaukee police continue to seek the suspect(s) responsible, and the investigation into the circumstances that led to the shooting is ongoing.
