Milwaukee shootings Saturday night, 1 dead, 1 injured
Shooting scene near 39th and Stark
MILWAUKEE - One person is dead, and another person was injured following a couple of shootings in Milwaukee on Saturday night, March 23.
39th and Stark
According to the Milwaukee Police Department, just before 8 p.m., a 42-year-old person was shot in the area of 39th and Stark.
That person was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner has since identified the victim as Terrell Steward.

42nd and Stark
Just a few blocks to the west, around 8:15 p.m., a 26-year-old was shot in the area of 42nd and Stark.
That person was taken to the hospital.
A 26-year-old was taken into custody.
This investigation is ongoing. However, it appears to be domestic violence related. Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
