BOSTON (AP) — Lawyers for Bill Cosby have asked a federal judge to throw out a defamation lawsuit filed by three women who accuse the comedian of decades-old sexual offenses.In legal documents filed Friday, February 27th, Cosby's lawyers say each woman has failed to identify a claim against the actor for which the courts can grant relief.Tamara Green, a California lawyer, says Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her in the 1970s.Therese Serignese says Cosby drugged and raped her in 1976.

(AP) — Bill Cosby is still performing at a suburban New York venue next weekend but the embattled comic is offering refunds to ticket holders who don't want to go.The Journal News reports that Cosby's two Dec. 6 shows at the Tarrytown Music Hall are going on as scheduled.But ticket holders got an email from the box office Friday offering refunds.The email said Cosby's management would reimburse patrons who don't want to attend the show.Cosby shows in some other states have been canceled after women came forward alleging he sexually assaulted them.
