Wind advisory goes into effect Tuesday afternoon in SE Wisconsin

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for all of southeast Wisconsin beginning Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 10. 

  • The wind advisory will be in effect from 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10 to 4 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11 for the following counties: Jefferson, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Rock, Walworth, Racine, and Kenosha. 
  • The wind advisory will be in effect from 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10 to 4 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11 for the following counties: Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, Dodge, Washington, and Ozaukee. 

Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result, according to the National Weather Service.
