Reckless driver struck hydrant, stop sign near 27th and Lloyd and fled, police said
MILWAUKEE -- A reckless driver struck a fire hydrant and stop sign near 27th Street and Lloyd Street Saturday morning, Feb. 1, police said.
The crash happened around 10:30 a.m.
Police said the driver lost control of the vehicle, which then struck the hydrant and sign.
The driver left the scene before officers arrived, police said.
In an update Sunday morning, police called this an "ongoing investigation."
