What we know:

The crash happened on Capitol Drive just east of Pewaukee Road. Investigators said Moen rear-ended another vehicle – and kept driving into a construction zone.

The wreck killed a 76-year-old woman and a 46-year-old construction worker, Nano Alvarez. Another construction worker, Kyle Perkins, was seriously hurt.

In January, co-workers and friends held a blood drive to support Perkins and honor Alvarez.
