91st and Congress shooting; 1 dead, 2 arrested

Three people were shot on Milwaukee's north side Wednesday night. One person died, and the two people arrested were among those wounded.

Milwaukee shootings left two people dead and four others wounded on Wednesday, April 10.

Police arrested three suspects, two of whom were among those wounded.

80th and Hope

A 56-year-old victim was shot and pronounced dead at the scene just before 1 a.m. Police are looking for a 38-year-old woman, and said the incident was related to domestic violence.

42nd and Fairmount

Around 6:25 a.m., a 17-year-old victim was shot and taken to a hospital with non-fatal injuries. Police arrested a 32-year-old woman. Charges will be referred to the district attorney's office.

Three people were shot around 8:15 p.m. A 27-year-old died, a 44-year-old and 34-year-old were taken to a hospital with non-fatal wounds. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the 27-year-old as Tyrone Johnson.

What led to the shooting remains under investigation, but police said it appears to be domestic violence related. The 44-year-old and 34-year-old were taken into custody. Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.

A 32-year-old was shot around 11:15 p.m. Police said the victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
