Milwaukee shootings Sunday; 2 dead, 2 injured

Two people were killed and two were injured in different shootings around Milwaukee on Sunday, Nov. 16.

Humboldt and Wright

What we know:

According to the Milwaukee Police Department, at about 1:24 a.m., a 55-year-old was shot. The shooting victim had a non-fatal gunshot wound and refused medical attention.

Police are looking for whoever is responsible.

19th and Congress

What we know:

A 56-year-old was fatally shot around 7:25 p.m. and was pronounced deceased on the scene.

A 21-year-old was also shot and was pronounced deceased about a block away. 

Police continue to seek anyone involved, and the investigation is ongoing.

52nd and Nash

What we know:

At around 11:55 a.m., MPD said a 20-year-old sustained non-life threatening gunshot wounds and was taken to the hospital for medical treatment. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.
