Charges dropped against FOX6 photojournalist

MILWAUKEE -- Charges were dropped Wednesday morning against a FOX6 photojournalist who was arrested by Milwaukee police.

Back in September, photojournalist Clint Fillinger was forced to the ground and his camera knocked down after contact with a police officer at the scene of a house fire.

At the time, Fillinger was walking backward and questioning why police were moving him away from the scene while other members of the public were not moved. The officer handcuffed and arrested Fillinger after the two came in contact.
FOX6 management protested the action to Milwaukee police and on Wednesday, the city prosecutor dropped all charges against Fillinger.
