A winter weather advisory continues for early Thursday expiring, at 5 a.m. for Milwaukee and south and 7 a.m. for areas to the north. A wind advisory begins at 9 a.m. Thursday for all SE Wisconsin with wind gusts exceeding 45 mph at times.
